Tournament Rules
1. REGISTRATION
Registration for the tournament is possible exclusively through the dedicated form on the page eaglecupvolley.it/iscrizioni/, where all detailed instructions are available.
The form must be completed in all its parts and accompanied by all required documents.
Registration will be considered valid only upon receipt of the bank transfer covering the participation fee.
2. INSURANCE
2.1 Coverage
FIPAV membership insurance coverage is required.
2.2 Responsibility
By registering for the tournament, the appointed team manager must have the updated FIPAV rosters.
Participation is under the full responsibility of the participants. The team manager is responsible for their athletes, who must be included in the participant list.
The organization does not provide collective insurance for injuries, illnesses, theft, or damages.
No compensation is provided for extraordinary events or events beyond the organization’s control (war events, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
3. BEHAVIOR IN THE HOTEL
The team manager is responsible for any damages caused by the athletes.
A respectful and civil behavior is required, particularly respecting quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, so as not to disturb other guests of the facility.

2. Participation requirements
Only FIPAV-affiliated clubs are admitted.
Temporary loans are allowed only among registered athletes, with authorization from the originating club.
Each athlete may play for only one club.
Athletes from the same club may participate in multiple categories.
No match rescheduling is allowed due to category overlap.
3. Team composition and gameplay
Each team must present at least 8 athletes on the scoresheet, excluding the libero.
Libero use:
U12 mixed & U13 female: no libero
U14, U16 & U18 female: double libero
U13, U15, U17, U19 male: double libero
Teams must arrive 30 minutes before each match.
Matches are played with sets to 21 points (eventual third to 15). In case of a tie, the set continues with advantage points.
Match balls are provided by the organization.
Matches will be officiated by federation referees.
4. Organization and logistics
The organization may modify schedules and courts at its sole discretion.
Transfers between gyms are the responsibility of the teams.
The organization declines all responsibility for damages or accidents outside FIPAV insurance coverage.
The schedule for the group stage will be published online; the schedule for the final stages will be provided on-site.
Each group will be structured to ensure the same number of matches for every team.
The first touch on reception is free in all categories.
For group rankings, in case of a tie, the following criteria will be applied in order:
Number of wins
Set ratio
Point ratio
Head-to-head result
Only one overage athlete is allowed per team, with a maximum age difference of 1 year.
